Let Me lead you
I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. (John 16:33)
An abundance of faith
Therefore encourage one another and build one another up. (1 Thessalonians 5:11 ESV)
You can have courage
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:9 NLT)
It takes faith
He stores up success for the upright; He is a shield for those who live with integrity. (Proverbs 2:7 CSB)
Do the right thing
The Lord has assigned to each his task. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The one who plants and the one who waters have one purpose, and they will each be rewarded according to their own labor. For we are co-workers in God’s service. —1 Corinthians 3:5–9 NIV
None of these things
Put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and … be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and … put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness. (Ephesians 4:22–24)
Believe it or not
I don’t mean to say that I have already achieved these things or that I have already reached perfection. But I press on to possess that perfection for which Christ Jesus first possessed me. (Philippians 3:12)
It’s the same for you
For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat. (Isaiah 25:4)
Asking, seeking, and knocking
And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. (Luke 11:9-10 ESV)
It’s hope
We rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. (Romans 5:3–5 ESV)
You have what it takes
The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. (Psalms 28:7 KJV)
The key is
For I know the thoughts I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV)
Be Persistent
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. (Luke 11:9–10)
Keep Positive
Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. (Proverbs 4:23 NLT)
The light on our path
But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. – Proverbs 4:18 KJV
Follow the Lord
You’re blessed when you stay on course, walking steadily on the road revealed by God. (Psalm 119:1 MSG)
