We are cleansed
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)
Your ability to forgive
Don’t repay evil for evil. Don’t retaliate with insults when people insult you. Instead, pay them back with a blessing. That is what God has called you to do, and he will bless you for it. (1 Peter 3:9 NLT)
Forget the past
But I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead. (Philippians 3:13 NLT)
In spite of our sins
For the LORD is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation. (Psalms 100:5 NLT)
That principle is
Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will be established. The LORD has made everything for its purpose. (Proverbs 16:3-4 ESV)
Through God’s grace
Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. (Colossians 3:13 NIV)
A loving Father
If Thou, Lord, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? (Psalm 130:3)
It’s grace
God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved. (Ephesians 2:4–5 ESV)
The light on our path
But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. – Proverbs 4:18 KJV
