A completely unique creation of God

To be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God. (Ephesians 4:23-24 ESV)

 You’ve probably heard the old saying “no two snowflakes are alike.” It’s not just a saying; it has its basis in actual science. What a mind-blowing fact! God’s amazingly intricate design and craftsmanship at work.
 This is also true of us humans. We all have the same basic anatomy and biological makeup. Yet, out of the billions of humans that have ever lived, there has never been another one exactly like you. You are a completely unique creation of God.
 Think of it. God, like a master craftsman or artist, has intricately designed and purposefully created you to be the person you are: someone with a unique personality and gifts and talents to contribute to those around you.
 There is just one problem. Unlike the snowflake which naturally forms so beautifully in the atmosphere with no will of its own, we possess free will, and this has a lot to do with determining whether we reach our God-given potential.
 So how do we become this person God designed us to be?
 Once you have accepted Jesus as your Savior, you have become “born again” as a new person, one who has started on an exciting journey of learning and growing in your thinking and living the way God intends for you personally. —George Sosich [1]
